Location: Studio in the center

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Setup

  • Arrive at the location.
  • Unpack equipment (camera, lights, props, etc.).
  • Test lighting, adjust settings, and set up backdrops.
  • Brief the team (models ) on the schedule and goals.

9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Hair & Makeup

  • Models get ready with hair and makeup done by me.
  • Ensure styles align with the fashion theme. 

10:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Wardrobe Check

  • Finalize outfits for the first set of shots.
  • Make any necessary adjustments to styling or accessories.

10:15 AM - 11:00 AM: First Outfit Shoot

  • Focus on full-body and mid-shots.
  • Experiment with poses and angles.
  • Take breaks for adjustments (lighting, movements).

11:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Short Break

  • Hydration/snacks for the team.
  • Review photos taken so far to ensure they meet my expectations.

11:15 AM - 12:00 PM: Second Outfit Shoot

  • Change outfits for the models ( try other clothes ).
  • Try close-ups, creative angles, and experimental shots.
  • Incorporate props or setting changes if relevant.

12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Creative Concepts

  • Focus on unique, abstract, or artistic shots.
  • Use this time to try out bold ideas that might make the magazine cover.

12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break

  • Allow everyone to recharge.
  • Use this time to back up the photos taken so far.

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM: Group or Editorial Shots

  • Shoot any group photos or editorial-style compositions.
  • Focus on storytelling through the shots.

1:45 PM - 2:30 PM: Last Outfit & Final Shots

  • Change outfits for the final time.
  • Ensure you capture any planned shots or must-haves.
  • Take both safe and experimental photos for variety.

2:30 PM - 2:45 PM: Wrap-Up

  • Final checks on the shoot.
  • Pack equipment, props, and wardrobe.
  • Thank the models for their work.

2:45 PM - 3:00 PM: Post-Shoot Review

  • Briefly review shots on your camera or laptop.
  • Make notes on editing priorities or standout photos.
