Interview with Giulia Toth – The Principal Model of My Fashion Magazine

Personal Background & Career

Q: Can you introduce yourself and share a bit about how you got into modeling?
A: Of course! My name is Giulia Toth, and I’m 18 years old. I’ve been modeling for 17 years—yes, pretty much my whole life! I started when I was just a baby, and as I grew older, I naturally fell in love with the industry. What began as something my family introduced me to quickly turned into my passion. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with incredible photographers, designers, and creatives, and I love how fashion allows me to express myself in so many ways.

Q: What inspired you to pursue fashion and modeling as a career?
A: Fashion has always been a big part of my life. I grew up surrounded by it, and I was always fascinated by how clothing can tell a story and change the way you feel about yourself. Modeling gives me the chance to step into different personas, experiment with styles, and bring artistic visions to life. Seeing iconic models growing up also inspired me—I wanted to be part of that world and create something meaningful through fashion.

Q: What are some of the biggest challenges you've faced as a model, and how have you overcome them?
A: One of the biggest challenges is handling the pressure and expectations in the industry. Since I started so young, I had to learn early on that rejection isn’t personal—it’s just part of the process. There have been times when I’ve doubted myself, but I always remind myself why I love what I do. Another challenge is staying confident in an industry that can sometimes focus too much on perfection. I’ve learned to embrace my uniqueness and focus on what makes me stand out rather than trying to fit into a certain mold.

Experience in My Fashion Magazine

Q: What was it like being the principal model for my fashion magazine?
A: It was such an amazing experience! I loved being part of a project that felt so fresh, creative, and personal. The entire shoot had such a strong vision, and I could see how much effort and passion went into making it happen. Being the lead model felt special because I got to bring that vision to life, and I loved how every detail—from the styling to the photography—was so carefully planned.

Q: How did you feel about the concept and styling choices in the shoot?
A: I absolutely loved them! The styling was bold and modern, and it really felt like something straight out of a high-fashion editorial. I loved how every look had its own personality and energy. It wasn’t just about looking good; it was about telling a story through fashion. The color choices, accessories, and overall aesthetic were all so well thought out. It made me feel strong and confident in front of the camera.\

Q: What was your favorite part of the photoshoot process?
A: I think my favorite part was seeing everything come together on set. The moment when you step into the outfit, the lighting is perfect, and you just know you’re creating something incredible—it’s the best feeling! I also really enjoyed experimenting with poses and movements that matched the vibe of the shoot. And of course, seeing the final images was so rewarding. It’s always exciting to see how the whole vision translates into the final shots.

Future Aspirations & Advice

Q: What are your future goals as a model?
A: I definitely want to work with more high-fashion brands and be part of big editorial campaigns. One of my biggest dreams is to walk in major fashion weeks and work with top designers. I also want to expand into different aspects of the fashion industry, like creative direction and branding. In the long run, I’d love to use my platform to promote diversity and self-confidence in fashion.

Q: If you could collaborate with any brand or designer, who would it be and why?
A: There are so many designers I admire! I would love to work with Alexander McQueen or Mugler because they both have such strong and artistic aesthetics. Their designs always push boundaries, and I love how they blend fashion with drama and storytelling. I also love brands like Jacquemus and Prada because they bring a fresh, modern take on elegance. If I had to pick just one, I think it would be [insert favorite brand], because their designs are so unique and fit my personal style perfectly.

Q: What advice would you give to aspiring models looking to break into the industry?
A: My biggest advice is to believe in yourself and stay confident in what makes you unique. The industry is competitive, but standing out is what gets you noticed. Be professional, take care of yourself physically and mentally, and always keep learning. Also, don’t be discouraged by rejection—it’s just part of the process. Stay passionate, work hard, and surround yourself with people who support your dreams. And most importantly, remember that modeling is about more than just looks—it’s about personality, confidence, and storytelling.
